Assessments

Assessments

Homeowners become members of The Station POA (Property Owners Association) when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying assessments to support community operations and reserve funds.

Assessments vary depending on what kind of property you own at The Station:
  • Single-Family Homes: $1200 Annually, due January 1 and late January 30.
  • Townhome Homes: $3000 Annually, due January 1 and late January 30. (Includes exterior insurance and landscape maintenance)
  • Commercial Areas: Please contact the POA Manager for more information - your rates vary depending on a variety of factors.

POA Assessments are billed annually and are not included in your mortgage or escrow payments.

We recommend you register at the CCMC Resident Portal and complete your direct deposit and e-statement sign up. Click here to visit your Resident Portal. If you run into any issues, please reach out to the team and we'll be happy to help.

There are different options to pay assessments:
Direct Debit or Online

Direct debit allows for payments to be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each January.
